Wow. We haven't done a weekend post since November?
It's a lazy night. Above and below (in addition to "Straight" Baguettes and Lavash) are the reasons why. I'm taking my first 5-day weekend culinary course in Artisanal Breadmaking. I. LOVE. IT. Look for a career change real soon. These photos are from the first two lessons (Saturday & Sunday). Unfortunately, you're missing about 97.89% of the experience of bread.
