HAPPY BIRTHDAY E! Since E didn't show any food preferences, K's craving for Maggiano's Mom's Lasagna drove everyone to Bridgewater for some straight-up good Italian and some straight-up good Italian leftovers. (Maggiano diet-- WHAT WHAT!!)Going around the table, clockwise starting from Yee-Jeung: Yee-Jeung had the POT ROAST with LINGUINE, Yee-Ma chose the LOBSTER RAVIOLI, Kuan got the CHICKEN MARSALA, Dad went with the [hugemongous-leftover-enough-for-three-days] full bowl of ANGEL HAIR PASTA, Mom chose VEAL MARSALA, E got CHICKEN FRANCESE, K had [drum roll please!] MOM'S LASAGNA, and A got the baked VEAL & MUSHROOM RAVIOLI al forno.
In the TOP picture are the [FREE! <-- A party in itself] VERA'S LEMON COOKIES. Above left caption should read "MMmmm Pepper. How I love thee." Above right caption should read "MMmmm Lasagna. How I adore thee." Below [LEFT] are the appetizer samplers (Fried Zucchini-- two words that can never go wrong together) and [RIGHT] the Chicken Francese (however you pronounce that...how do you pronounce that?)
