Thai. Thai!

Craveworthy. That is a single [made-up] word that exemplifies Thai food. Now that we've found a Thai restaurant that is both convenient and delicious, it's the only logical thought that comes to mind when a North Carolinian (oh, yeaaah-- that's a real word.) visitor mentions Thai food. With two North Carolinians and a Floridian in tow, we all head out to try out all the exotic, authentic Thai dishes. [Note: View the following dishes in your own mind's eye] In addition to the E+K staples (Pad Thai & Pad See Euw), we also ordered Chicken & Beef Satay, Curry Balls (highly recommended!), Massaman Curry, Crispy Honey-glazed Duck, Chinese Sausage Fried Rice, Cashew Chicken, Pork in Peanut Sauce, and a Beanthread & Seafood Pot. [end note] Once again, the Cell-Phone-Savior got the dessert pictures before it was all quickly consumed. The top picture is the deep-fried cheesecake with vanilla ice cream. Below are the deep-friend bananas with coconut ice cream. The cheesecake was... SO GOOD! The bananas were... meh. They should have used the same batter that the cheesecake was coated in. At the very least, you should save room in your Dessert-Stomach for the ice cream.
