OK, OK. This isn't the first time we've been to Chung Hing, but it seems to be the first time we took pictures. (Yay for us!) Mom and Yee-ma know the cooks behind the scene, so we get the fresh, well-cooked, less-americanized, not-on-the-menu dishes. And we get dibs on the hot made-in-house red bean buns. (What, what!) Try the char-siu, it's a specialty.
