The title and the picture shown above say it all about the essentials of this restaurant: cowboys/girls (and cowpeople wannabees), sweet tea, a meal ticket, and PAPER TOWELS. Oh yeah...and MEAT. Good thing our usual friendly vegetarian was on the other side of the planet when our not-as-friendly meat-eater came to visit from the tropical islands across-and-beyond the country! (I think that deserves a Yee-haw!)Pictured below is lean and moist brisket and their thick-sliced bread friends that clean up their mess. Yum. Bread Friends. Oh, and a shout-out to the Corn Pudding! Hollaaa!
