Sapporo

I've walked passed this establishment several times, but for some unfortunate reason, have never gone inside. A, on the otherhand, gasped at our virginal buds and led the way with high recommendations.

First thing K noticed - cash only. Good thing I was actually prepared for once! Second thing K noticed - the older male waiter with the most perfect personality for the job. What a happy guy :)

KM was incredibly hungry, and despite having just witnessed the scary size of the special ramen bowl, we ordered some gyoza (top, left) to tide us over til the monster bowls arrived. Everything on the menu sounded so appetizing that it took me forever to finally decide on the Gomoku Ramen (below, center) - which I requested with chicken instead of pork. K ordered the Tan-Tan Men (below, right), and A's cold-ridden-self made her order something on the tamer side - the Shio Ramen (below, left). KM was feelin' some Katsu Curry (above, right), and vowed to try some ramen the next time around.
