Mid-day snack at Teleon

I am a semi-frequent frequenter of this little deli, especially when the weather is unagreeable, as it's right downstairs from my office building (only a storefront away!). I always order the same thing there - the baked chicken parmesan panini - and I LOVE it with the accompanying sauce. However, I didn't visit it today, and I didn't order my usual panini. I hooked me up with a piece of their german chocolate cake, and picked up a brownie for herself.


The cake tasted a lot better when warm, but then I was confronted with the problem of melted frosting (booo). It's not as sweet as others I've tried, and the nuts are a bit too large. I'm a huge german chocolate cake fan and this one just didn't make the cut. I'll stick to their lunches, and head across the street for a cookie next time.
