After having watched about 3 hrs straight of Bobby Flay showdowns, our first reaction to C's call about BBP was, "Bobby Flay has a burger joint? In Eatontown? How
RANDOM!". Our second reaction? Giggles coupled with astonishment.
Palace?
To the food! Carpooling to the
Palace with C, we each ordered a burger, a milkshake, and shared the sweet potato fries. C opted for the
Napa Burger-
Crunchified! (According to the Bobby Flay dictionary, that means stack lots of crunchy, salty chips on top. Then, crunch away!) This burger is topped with goat cheese, watercress, and a drippy lemon honey mustard. E ordered the
L.A.
Turkey Burger-- topped with avocado relish, watercress, tomato, and gooey cheddar cheese. K got the spice-crusted, Monterrey Jack cheese-d, coleslawe-d, and BBQ sauce-d
Dallas Burger. Of course, in addition to all this super-filling grilled goodness, we also got vanilla, coconut, and blueberry-pomegranate milkshakes respectively. I'm not positive, but it seems impossible to go wrong with a milkshake. So far, I haven't been proven wrong...
Now, if you're still unsure of whether we liked this place or not, let's just say we've already planned what we want to try the
next time we go!

at first i thought you had a beef burger! then i see you had the turkey :) i didn't know bobby had a place in nj either. can't wait to try it
